The Keno Wildfire Risk Reduction Grant a grant the KSWCD is applying for in January, with high hopes to receive funding in March. We are in need of landowners interested in this project. We are looking to solidify our budget by January 28th, this can be done with quotes and bids of contractors for the interested landowner's property. This grant is available to landowners within the Keno Fire District's Community Protection Plan.

The grant restricts the tree and shrub removal to within 100 ft. of homes, buildings, or structures. KSWCD will set up a site visit with you to verify the trees and your property.
